Commercial framework and service preparation
Version: 11 October 2026
Scope of this page
This page explains the commercial preparation of MTPGS services. It is not exhaustive general terms of sale or a contract accepted by submitting a form. Proposals, quotations and contracts define applicable commitments after necessary administrative and regulatory information is validated. No payment or immediate subscription is offered on this website.
Enquiry scope
Enquiries concern guarding and surveillance, construction sites, events, access control, patrols, retail and professional premises. Fire safety and SSIAP services are not marketed in the current offering. Unestablished specialist activities are not added by default. Missions are prepared within the legal scope of private security activities.
Information and assessment
The client describes premises, access, dates, hours, flows, particular requirements and known risks relevant to preparation. A visit or further discussion may be necessary. Île-de-France is the main base; other regions are considered according to needs and operational capacity. A form does not reserve an agent or date and does not guarantee feasibility.
Proposal and pricing
The proposal specifies scope, agreed staffing or resources, hours, instructions, reporting and financial terms. Prices, taxes, possible expenses, offer validity and payment arrangements are stated in the quotation; this website invents no automatic prices. Changes to requirements may require a revised proposal. An order becomes binding only under the acceptance procedures and conditions of the contractual documents.
Mission organisation
Responsibilities, contacts, access and instructions are defined before commencement. Clients provide relevant information and changes affecting the mission. Agents act within their lawful powers and agreed lawful instructions. Reporting and incident handling are adapted to the premises. Services reduce risks within their scope without eliminating every risk or guaranteeing that no incident will occur.
Changes, cancellation and disputes
Deadlines, change or cancellation charges, interruptions, liability, applicable insurance and dispute procedures must be specified in the mission contract. This page imposes no unsupported penalty rate or compensation. Complaints may be sent to contact@mtpgs.fr with the file reference. For consumer clients, required precontract information, any applicable withdrawal rights and an appropriate mediation arrangement must be established before entering the relevant contract.
Data and documents
Submitted information is used to assess the enquiry and prepare exchanges under the website privacy policy. Operational instructions and reports may contain confidential information; access and transmission channels must be agreed contractually. A registration email is not order acceptance.
